3. Minutes of 2011 meeting:
Minutes accepted as true record.
4. Treasurers report:
Paul sent in the accounts and they were accepted by the AGM.
£87.89 in the bank. £44.58 owed to easams
5. Teams for the 2012 Season
The following teams were confirmed for the 2012 season:
Nokia Mobile, Easams , Fernhill, EDS, vmWare
EDS may change their name to HP
BAM Nuttall decided they could not confirm a team
It was agreed that we would like to include a few more teams if possible.
It was agreed that all current teams will follow up with prospective entrants, and that we would extend the deadline for entry until 16th Mar 2012
Entries must be received by the league Chairman by that date.
4 cup games + 4 league games + cup final
+ a couple of invitational games
Random day of cricket 2 or 4 teams random players + curry?
Mixed cricket then mixed curry. Early on in season, first game, cup format.
6. Cup Format and Rules: same as last year
7. League Format ChangesOne game each.
Rules to stay the same as last year.
9. Fixtures:
Fixture list will be compiled in March when we have confirmed team numbers. The fixture list will be published on 17th March. The first game was agreed to be played when the council confirm pitch readiness.
First game for friendlies etc Tuesday 2nd May 2012
Mixed curry gane
First Cup game will be on Tuesday 8th May 2012
NB Last possible game: Thursday 24th August 2012
If we get another team or teams the just play once in league.
6 teams round robin in cup.
10. Team Contacts for 2012:This is maintained by Adam Foster, new contacts or changes should be forwarded to him.
11. AOB:Chase over non vat charging. We need to book 10 games at a time to not be charged VAT.
Adam to talk to Manzils about sponsorship again
